Yoga Sutra Study


The Yoga Sutra of Patanjali, compiled nearly 2000 years ago,  is widely regarded as the most important reference text on Yoga.  The 195 sutras, or aphorisms, are useful not only for contemplation, but also as a guide and support in everyday life.  The content of this short text expresses a profound understanding of the human mind, psyche and spirit, still as valid and relevant today as when it was written.
Anna runs an ongoing monthly study group and also occasional introductory courses on the Yoga Sutra.
